In the space of a few years Casablanca has grown from being a small city to become one of the largest in the Maghreb thanks to its new forms of modern architectural construction and it has become a large industrial and commercial centre more open to the Western way of life than other cities in the world.
Casablanca is today the economic capital of Morocco and its largest city, located on the Atlantic coast and bordered by magnificent beaches which make it a seaside destination too. It is about 80km south of Rabat, with a population of 3,359,818 in 2014 making it the most populous city in the Maghreb. Casablanca is the third tourist city in Morocco and the most visited for business.
The discoveries and revelations that excursions in the city reveal are breath-taking: lifestyles, architecture, crafts, meetings ...
Your visit will leave you with emotions, knowledge and memories. Casablanca has one of the largest and most beautiful mosques on the planet, the Hassan II Mosque, a true symbol of the city. It has the largest minaret (210m) in Africa and is the third largest mosque in the world. It is the only working mosque open to non-Muslims in Morocco.
"Casa" also has a host of piano-bars, restaurants and trendy nightclubs where you can party in a modern atmosphere!
