THE ARAUCARIA

The Araucaria is the emblematic tree of the Moroccan coasts which dominates the landscape from the city of El Jadida and its surroundings to the coasts of Essaouira.

Given its immense tolerance to sea salt, the wind and its need for water, this tree with its dark green silhouette has become very popular, it stands out in all the parks and public gardens of the city of El Jadida and it has also been adopted by Doukkala families and individuals as an ornamental tree within Riads and Moroccan residences.
