THE 101ST EDITION OF THE SEFROU CHERRY FESTIVAL, FROM JUNE 11 TO 14

Sefrou Cherry Festival – 101st Edition (June 11-14, 2025) The city of Sefrou is preparing to host the 101st edition of the Cherry Festival, from June 11-14, 2025. A true symbol of the region's local heritage and agricultural wealth, this festival is one of the oldest and most popular in Morocco.

On the program: Miss Cherry pageant, a highlight blending tradition and elegance; Folk parades, street performances, fantasia, and artistic troupes; Open-air concerts with a variety of Moroccan artists; Local product markets, craft exhibitions, and fresh cherry tastings; Cultural and sporting events for all ages.

Why go? The Cherry Festival is a festive and convivial immersion into the culture of Sefrou. Combining ancestral traditions, local gastronomy, and a vibrant atmosphere, the event is the perfect opportunity to discover this city on the outskirts of Fez, which has been declared a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Site for this celebration.
